Arizona just switched from e85 to e54

Hey guys,

*This is mainly for the members living in arizona*. So recently there has been a law that has passed regarding the switch from e85 to e54 in arizona. has any one of you tested the % around to see if the ethanol percentage has really decreased? are there any stations still selling e85?
any input is appreciated

Since it is now illegal to sell over e54, and it is a stupid high fine, no station is going to risk selling e85.

Flex fuel works wonders. Car runs ~1 less degree of timing on e54 compared to e85. Didn't have to touch the tune.

Kansas just lowered the minimum ethanol content to 51%, it use to be 70% minimum for E85 so things could be dropping everywhere, although I filled up this weekend and it tested out to E85 right on the money, hopefully the 51% is just going to be for winter blend only, time will tell.

Kit is just a sensor setup to run anywhere from 0-100% meth. So yes, if you had the rest of the system up to it, you could run that, even though just about no one besides full race cars run full 100%.

Was out logging this weekend, and was E55. Zero knock, runs great, still making 1200+.

Good to know, I have always heard E50 to E85 wasn't much difference in performance.

Nope, even on a mild setup it maybe 10-15rwhp, and at 600+ no one is noticing that.
