I hope its not all downhill from here. Thank God I have a 2012. The rear end is awful, I hate to say.

Last I heard Camaro sales were "down" on the charts...four years of the same look may have run it's course in their eyes...Do those tail-lights look like some others that are already out there? Even European perhaps? European license plate area? I would say so...and could be a reason they were changed to boost sales to new customers...
True but I'm willing to bet they just killed future sales even more.

Maybe...but my guess is for repeat sales to Gen5 customers, the 6thGen is probably more of a concern than selling 14's and 15's to current owners...

The feedback/sales from the 10-13s and the 14-15s may determine what route they take for the 6thGen in styling...

If someone feels the 14s are a deal-breaker, at least the 13s are still to be had for a while...When the 6thGen comes out I think all this debate over the re-fresh differences will be very small potatos...

And this is a die hard Camaro 5th gen site that the majority seems to hate any change done to the car from its 2010 original design...
I seem to recall all the hate comments on the 2012 changes and then the 2013 changes... Why should the 2014 changes be any different? I mean they are rather extensive compared to the changes made in previous years, so I would expect the hate comments to be more extensive also.
Just my observation.

Color me odd, but I like it and also don't mind the small rear lip spoiler on the red car. It has a slightly sleeker, less boxy look which is fine with me

That's really ugly. The taillights aren't half bad when they are lit up, but that's about it.

Not a fan at all, I'm sorry. Doesn't have the "wow" factor to me..to each his own whom ever purchases a 2014.

I was hoping the V6 versions would look better than what I have seen so far. I did notice the non RS V6 red one had no chrome strip on the front and the grille is styled similar to the stock grille now.
As of right now I am not feeling the changes were for the better.
I'm feeling similar. I'm still reserving final judgement for when I see the refresh in person, but I sure am not getting the, 'holy cr@p, I must have it!' feeling that '10-'13 gave me.

I'm a bit bummed, because I planned on ordering one exactly to my specs after I paid down my current model a bit more. Now I feel like I'll be waiting to see what the next gen looks like...

I think human nature plays more of a role here than some would care to admit...

Who wants to think what they recently paid big bucks for is yesterday's news already?

In today's world, and the market these cars are in, can you really believe the older ones will now go up in value?

How many features on your existing car do you complain about, yet you are still happy with it and glad you bought it?...

We have already made a purchase and a decision to buy what we like, the new '14s yet to be sold will enjoy the same enthusiasm....
