im glad there are so many post on this topic of that damn tic/sewing machine noise.. mine drives me crazy. but I can only hear mine in the car with windows up and stereo down. when I pop the hood the motor is whisper quiet??

had same issue, when replaced lifters with Johnson's & yella terra ultra lites roller rockers tick dissappeared completely, definitely something to do with stock valve train imo.

There is a SI from Chevy about misfire, noise lifters, problem with possible valvetrain noise.
For 2010-2015 Camaro. |
