My car has arrived at Courtesy Chevrolet.
It is getting it's dealer prep at Courtesy and will be picked up by LPE. I am now in the LPE queue. I am 2 weeks out from them starting on my car (at least). I need to wait for a few others that are in process to get assembled and out the door before my project gets started there.. Here's to hoping you guys get your cars done and shipped soon!! |

I don't mind waiting while it is at LPE... it will not be too long. Eventually they will get sick of looking at it and get it done! I am sure they have a good, safe spot to park it in in the yard.

Yeah, I was one of the October 08 preorders, that wait was a lot harder to deal with. For a while there I was figuring Sept. production, arrived here in early July. With LPE at leat we know we have a car and it will arrive after being Lingenfeltered.

Best part is you can track it easily pretty sure they use Fed-ex. Kinda cool saying i had my LPE modded car delivered by Fed-ex.. don't ya think? Is that who you used Speed? RS? |

I just want one ride before winter - that'll make me happy. I have been without a vette for a month now.. the Trailblazer SS is AWD. I got nothing to burn rubber with... the wife won't let me beat her honda. |

No news here. Motor is done, trans is done and en-route to Lingy, so is a boost gauge via Andy at ADM. Talk of gear changes and torque converter but nothing decided yet. Seems like they are as busy as i am. This is a good thing. I'm expecting return of my car somewhere between the 23rd to the 30th of this month. Barring the fact that I come up with some other brilliant additions!

570, I know what you mean when you say you wish you had something to beat around in while we wait. I have a cooper s as my daily driver and it is a very fun car to drive but just doesn't quite do it after driving the 2ss.
Windy, I'm pulling for you to get your car back soon so you can share your experiences with us. We neeeeeed stories to help us through this. mws, I think it is very possible our cars could come back on the same truck, they should reach completion within a few days of each other. |

I asked the wife if I could upgrade to the 650.. was a big NO!
She said "I thought you were going to be happy with the 570" My response - "Yeah, but all the other guys upgraded to the 650.." She's not buying it. her next question was "how much are you spending on that other stuff?" the phone rang.. it was her mother. Saved by the bell! Thank god for chatty mothers-in-laws.LOL |
