broke a vac line connection please help.
While removing the vac line behind the throttle body I snapped the connection off the the manifold. Any advice on fixing it. A new intake isn't an option right now. Sorry the picture is turned.

two part epoxy, can be bought in a tube and worked with the fingers in a putty form or liquid in two separate tubes and mixed like a jb weld, and I would use the putty and apply it liberally around the outside of where the tube fits onto the intake and rough up the surface of the intake where it is applied with some course sand paper.
Find it at the local auto parts stores, has been around for decades with names like "hard as steel", also is drillable over time and good for radiators etc..... used it many years ago for problems like rivet / emblem type holes when transforming a car from vinyl top to hardtop with out the trim and still use it today, a good way to avoid welding.

If you can access the inside of the manifold you might be able to use a threaded fitting through the hole with an o-ring or gasket on either side, and a nut on the inside of the manifold to hold it in place. If you're going to try it, use a washer on the inside, between the nut and the manifold to help reduce the chances of it happening again.
