Drilling holes for the side pieces does not bother me, I have done it before and there wasn;t a problem, the instructions that come with the spoilers have a template that you tape over the where the spoiler goes and you just mark and drill where it showes you, then if it is a quality kit they will include paint to touch up where you drilled and a sealer so there will not be a rust issue later. The last couple spoilers I have installed have had either a combination of bolts and 3M tape and one just had the Tape, If you prepare the surface correctly it will not come off at speed. and since the side pieces have little surface area compared to the main body then it may be possible that it is held on with the tape and no bolt holes will be needed.
So Installing a spoiler now adays is not a real big deal. If you think you may want to go back to the SS spoiler then you will have to find a place to store it for however long, In my opinion I would just sell the SS spoiler to someone that has a non RS or SS without the spoiler.

Well it reminds me of the three piece spoiler available as a COPO on the early 2nd gen. Camaros, which was always my favorite. Just looks as though it would be more functional than the standard "ducktail" spoiler back then. Of course I'd most likely never be driving well over 100 MPH where they would actually start to do something, but it does have "the look"!

I'll just take a stock SS rear spoiler. I also like the stock front grille.

I like the accessory grille and the blade spoiler but I still want to see a real picture of the high wing spoiler because that is what I will probably be getting

I like the LS7 front end, and the Dale Earnhardt Jr. rear end (minus the exhausts')

FWIW ... I think the accessories that come on the DJR car should have been considered for the "RS appearance pkg"
Add to the existing pkg: These front & rear spoilers, the unique rear diffuser w/ sq tips, this specific grille, and then I think you'd have a pkg worth while, well ... these and of course I like the LS7 wheels the best |
