You are right, I see that now. I found this picture on manufacture's website. Looks like that the three wires were put in for HID use or something.

Alright so I should give that a try first then and see if it fixes the problem?

Yes those three wires power the U rings and they work its just those 2 bulbs the H7 ones don’t work when plugged in.

Only 1 of the 3 wires should power the rings.

Used the Google box and found this

That's the non rs version. So my guess is you have hid and will need to purchase the ballasts.

Looks like the hid's. Like Gossamer said, you'll need the ballasts.
There are many vehicles out there with halogen projectors. My 2014 Sierra SLT was one, a friend’s Lexus had them with H11 bulbs. I’ve seen others on websites.

The halogen projector in the foreground is from my 2014 GMC Sierra which used a 9012 LL halogen bulb and has a hi/lo beam shutter. The projector behind it is a HID Lexus RX350

Just the two wires in the picture I provided should power the U rings. One should be power and other ground

You could, but as others said, I think it has been setup for HID and therefore requiring a ballast

I would assume that it would be the ballasts but I have no experience with HID so I couldn't be certain. I'm sure someone else will know though.
One way to tell is to plug the bulb directly into the socket. I know those lamps come standard with the H7 bulb so try just plugging them in with out the ballast to see if they light up? Again, no experience so I have no idea if that will actually work lol

Yep that is the Ballast for the headlights. Now what you want to figure out is if the headlights have a connetion that can connect to your factory headlight connector which supplies the power.

If you do not have that then you will have to get a harness that connects to your OEM headlight connector to your ballast.

I have aftermarket HIDS, from the restrofit source and I use a wiring harness to connect to the ballast and to the battery which powers on my HIDS.

Feel free to PM me if you have questions. This can be tricky.

Well I’ll be trying new bulbs this Saturday hopefully it’s just those halohen bulbs that aint turning on. But if thats not the issue and its the ballast what do you all recommend in replacing them? Or should I spend the $60 or so and get an h7 hid kit? Wouldn’t that replace the halogen bulbs for low and high beams and I’ll be certain they will work.
