I use HPtuners for my 04 and my 06.
As for the Camaro, the only thing,it's to tune the VE table.Trying to figure it out now.Haven't had to much time to work on it.Hopefully I'll figure it out.I did hear the EFI live gives you a table to you can tune the VE table, while HPtuners you have to use a second program, and a some other little things to tune the VE.

it's a virtual ve table. you don't need to use the conversion program, you can upgrade to a custom os and it gives you a normal ve table plus a bunch of other cool features.

No need to upgrade to a custom op system. The VVE table is available as is.

Lol, I suspect you did not read my post. I never said the vve wasn't available.... I said a custom os will give a normal ve table right in the tune.

I updated my HPtuners this week,as far as I know,I haven't seen it.
If somebody would want to point me in the right direction it would make it alot easier for me for sure.........

I have 2.23.772 software.

By any chance, the only OS upgrade that I see in my software is the 2 bar map SD.It would make sense that is what you are talking about, right?

HP Tuners for 3 years now. Just upgraded to the Pro for the LS3 tuning. My other cars had wideband 02's already.

yes it is called a 2 bar map sd but you can run it like stock, with the maf, hybrid, just ve table (sd), 1 bar, 2 bar, whatever you want.

in fact, it just became available for the 2012 within the last couple days and I now have a working ve table!

Let say the car is pretty stock. You would use Bluecat software to create the VE,and transfer the # to the OS upgrade.Noticed that Bluecat makes it as 4 digit numbers, but at different RPM's and KPA. I'm guessing you just fill the blanks.
I'm running a 2-bar map in my Supercharged AV.
I just wanted to learn how to do it in my Camaro aswell. Just in case. lol...

Interesting... Might have to look into this when I get disgusted with MAF tuning.

or you can use the custom OS and don't need bluecat software.

you tune it like it's 1999, lol! actually more like 2004.....

there are also several other features, not to mention you are good to go on the car from bone stock all the way to giant cam and/or nitrous and/or FI...

I know when I ugraded my AV to a 2 bar setup,I had to copy/paste the curent VE table, and fill out the extra empty spaces(over 105KPA).

On the Camaro, the custom OS only goes to 175KPA. :(
Might be a stupid question,
I'm guessing I still have to use bluecat to create a VE table so that I can copy/paste to the custom OS for the car to start.Because when I open the custom OP,the VE is showing 0 all over the board.

it is zeros, just populate it with an 05 vette ve if that's easier.

also, withi the GenIVs you can click the table column and row titles and rescale them.
