A 97 Camaro 3.8L car that was plain white with black gut solid roof F41 suspention 3.42 posi car that I wish I had kept and built up with a turbo setup on it. I cut up at least a dozen 2nd gens, owned 2 red 3rd gen Z's and 2 black 3rd gen T/A's that I flipped for profit, and I was half way thru paying off a 68 from a friend of mine when he sold it out from under me. I don't think that last one counts though.

My 73 Firebird. Has a 439" big block Chevy in it,full street trim on pump gas runs 10.40's and runs 9.60's on a 200 shot and race gas. The engine is so mild that I made over 700 runs on motor with nothing more then oil changes and one set of valvesprings. It even has a stock GM flat tappet cam.

My 73 Camaro parked next to my 2011 RS. The 73 runs migh 12's with a very mild 400 small block stock 400 bottom end wih ported 1965 camel hump heads and stock sounding cam,in full street rim with ice cold air conditioning, nice sound system ect.

The "stock" engine in the 73

The 89 GTA that I would like to buy back. (for a 3rd time)

Those are some sweet rides man.

I did own a 76 Yellow Camaro in 1979 (I was 17). Not as fast as my 70 GTO, but it looked cool. Bright yellow automatic with a base V8. I put wide tires on it with Cragars and made perpendicular cuts in the wheel lip and bent them up to fit them under the wells to clear the tires... yup, that was me. It seemed like a good idea at the time. I loved the car.

a 69 Firebird with a 69 Camaro front end... does that count? Three speed 6 cyl... it looked cool and I drove it for six months. The transmission was so easy to pull out and work on it. I couldn't sell it for $650 in 1981, so I traded it in on 70 Dodge Dart... only Mopar I've ever owned.

I have two 69 Firebird convertibles and I understand people who turn them into Camaros. A 69 Camaro will always fetch more than the Pontiacs, and while I haven't been tempted with my cars, I don't discount it in the future if I pick up a basket case convert.

I have had a Camaro for 16 of the 24 years I have had a driver's license.

1984 Sport Coupe - High school car, 305 auto... it needed body work so I put on Z28 side skirts and an IROC hood. (Red)

1992 RS 305 5 speed - A better car than you would think (Red)

1996 Z-28 6 speed - Had this when I met my wife... great car, ran 13.9s with just a CAI. (Blue)

1999 SS 6 6 speed (Modded to just over 400 hp)... ran 12s. Loved the sound with the cam... fun track day car as well. This is the one I owned the longest and put the most miles on... thought I would never sell it since Camaros were dead... (Blue)

But I bought a 2010 1SS 6 speed. Early order car. Loved it, but...(Red with White rally stripes).

My 2013 1LE is my favorite by far.

Then I couldn't pass up a deal on a 1991 Z28 that I almost bought in 1992 (ended up the with RS instead - insurance for an under 25 yr old). 230 hp 305, 5 speed. I have the interior completely restored, it will get paint this summer and a nice, cheap cruiser to complement the 1LE. (White)

Anyway, it is amazing to see the Camaro love that exists here, whether you have had 10 or your current car is the first one.
