Yeah, ordering guides and some package details have been out for a little while. I'm getting a little puzzled as to why they're holding off on pricing as well.

Wouldn't the MPG's be out as well? I mean really, the selling points for this truck are supposed to be capability, price and MPG's??

That truck looks to be primer colored lol and I see it has a dent in it as well. I guess they are testing towing performance?

I wonder if GM changed their minds and decided to put the LV3 in the Colorado due to all the internet bitching and that is why there is a lag of info on this thing lol

I've only seen GM change their minds at this stage in the game one time. And that was only a badge change. There is no way they are switching motors on us. No matter how much people complain.

Long bed, 6.5 feet.

These literally are midsize trucks. Think Dakota more than S-10.

True, but did you consider the idea that people on the internet with minimal detailed technical information about a highly engineered product like a brand new truck know more about which 300ish hp/300ish ft-lb V6 should go into it than the company that did all the actual engineering work on said truck?

I mean, everyone on the internet does all the proper background research in a subject, learning all the ins and outs before coming to a carefully thought-out conclusion backed up by ironclad logic & support. Nobody would just go and post something like, I don't know "its a TRUCK, it needs a TRUCK engine!" as premise, evidence, and conclusion and expect a multinational billion dollar corporation that has tens of thousands of employees and over 100 years of experience building vehicles to take them seriously ... would they? Because that would be craaaaaazy.
