LSA pulley change

I just bought new 2.50" supercharger pulley. Itīs 2-piece pulley from JRE.
I found and watch videos...
Is it only way to change pulley to remove supercharger snout?
Is it possible to heat pulley and do assemly without remove supercharger?

And... I add picture of my car. This is from Finland.

We used a 7-ton puller from a local auto parts store and it worked great to remove the stock pulley which I would think you could probably do without removing the snout but how are you going to install the new pulley? Does it not need to be pressed on? My S/C was off so it was easier to remove the pulley, but we used a 20-ton press to press on the new pulley.

Yep, 20 ton press is needed to install the new pulley and you need to support the rear of the snout shaft to prevent it from moving -- hate to say it, but the snout has to come off in order to install it...
