Just listen to some angry music and blow off some steam. It would be a good time to work out with a punching bag. Some personal recomendations:

Go get a heavy duty sling shot and a box of paintballs..... throw the box in the freezer (otherwise they just pop in your hand).... talk about great stress relief. btw, if your parents ask why all the squirrel in the backyard are different colors..... no comment .

Here Here
There is nothing wrong with getting frustrated.
Just SEPARATE yourself from anything that is making your life negative. Remove it if it is possible. Don't panic if things go wrong. Just do whatever it takes to turn it around. This may require you to stop associating with people who are making your life worse. |

Hang in there Anthony...you are loved and cared about here on Camaro5...
Having met you in person twice, I can honestly say you are a 'class act'... Don't let the thoughts and actions of others bring you down to their level... Stay true to who you are, and you will eventually realize that THEY are the ones with the problems, not you... I feel blessed by your friendship and look forward to the day you are old enough to drive yourself to all our NY5THGEN meets and cruises... Until then, "keep on smiling, it makes others wonder what you've been up to"!!!

To the OP.
Dude I know how you feel man. Im going through some trying times myself right now. Best advice I can say is get what you feel out. Otherwise, it will just bottle up inside and drive you crazy. Keep your chin up man.

Not that it works for everybody but get a heavybag and beat the crap out of it. It's a great way to relieve stress, vent anger, and not go to jail.
After you calm down from wearing yourself out, take a long hard look at what is making you unhappy. Then change it. I know that sounds too simple but sometimes it is. Take my word on this one. Don't take your anger out on someone it will only compound your problems. I'm at peace in my life now. I don't allow people to ruin my good mood for long. You are at your strongest when your head is bowed and you are kneeling.

I hate to sound like a typical Christian but have you ever reached out to God? I was an angry out of control mess before I handed it all over to God. Im not saying I dont have my share of bad days, but its much easier when you can lift those moments up to the ultimate problem solver. Just my 2 cents brotha. Ill be praying for you.
God bless

You're right we don't know you but...
If it's money, you can make it work out. Be responsible, work hard and do you best. Don't expect something for nothing. If it's girls... ditch her, there are better out there. You may not feel that way now but when you look back you will see it's true. If it's your friends... see above. If it's work, find a new job that makes you happy, even if that means less pay. See number 1. If it's parents, try talking to them. If they are shits, move out, see number 1 again. Whatever you do, DO NOT turn to drugs/alcohol. That's never the answer to a life problem. |
