Tail Light Tint Help?

I have been throwing the idea back and forward about tinting my tail lights, so I was wondering if anyone could help me?

Since the RS tail lights are already "darker" then the non-RS lights, I only wanted to go a little bit darker.

Does anyone perhaps have a picture of a 50% tint or perhaps a little lighter?

I'm trying to make this work nicely with IBM.

Thank you!

Thats kinda what I'm looking for people to help me with pictures for examples.

I dont' want to buy something, and then realize I hated it and it wasn't what i wanted.

Got mine from headlight armor. They are great quality and make several color levels:

I did not want to dark to I went 50% (light smoke)

They are all after. It's just in the 3rd one the car does not have direct sun on it, that is why I though the 3rd pic showed it the best.

I wanted to dull the red but still be somewhat reflective.

Please save yourself some money, and just go buy a roll of window tint and DIY. Don't waste your money on those kits on eBay.

There are a thick vinyl and have some shine to them already already, they are certainly not flat. You can see the shine in the 1st pic.

A common way is a pair of tights (pantyhose) stretched over the lens, it obviously, does mean taking out the lens, but it does work & the color/darkness levels are huge
