Any who yes i deffinetly vote for a mod satuday. We have a suspension to do on rays car also. So we cud fire up the pit ice dwn some beverages and get to it!! Lemme know when and ill make sure im off and have the shop on wheels handy...... Ob wait thats right its a ford too!!! Lol!!

You're welcome, Jason! My arm's a little sore from turning over that big ol' high compression Ford motor, but I've been soaking it and it's not so bad now.

A Mod Saturday sounds excellent. I want to get this clutch reservoir on, but work (and daughter) uses up all my hours during the week!

Group hug Mod Saturday! When, indeed...nice weather with no chance of rain, I suppose. It'd be nice if Mike were back home from Buenos Corn-Beef, too!

Take care, y'all!

I cant make it Friday, have to pick up my son. What is Mod Sat going to consist of? I just finished my side marker mod, what y'all think? I couldn't get a good pick of them lit up. I don't think they are as bright/ nice as Mikes but I am happy with them.

Looking pretty good Jerry. It makes them better that you did them yourself. I've got training all the rest of the week. Then Sat. I go to Houston for more. Ill be back in the night of the first or day of the second

Snapka's is always a good time. There are always a bunch of crazies but for the most part people are well behaved. Just keep an eye on your stuff and have fun.

I would have to say mod sat would be whatever mod you have if we think we can handle it we do it!! Just we need to plan it for when mike and i can both be home.... Whenever that may be we both have semi erratic schedules.

I am always willing to help out. It was really not that hard. The paint took the longest, but you have to take your time with that part. Let me know and I can give you links to where i purchased my parts from if you want.

^This.

People respect the rides at snapkas, I leave my windows down all the time in my red 4th gen for people to take a look of my interior, you shouldnt have to worry about mischief. There is a slight chance of children trying to get a closer look, if you know what i mean ( finger prints) but otherwise i would never miss out on snapkas. All walks of life, and everybody is chill!

These are the LED's i bought and removed from the tube.

This is where i got the bulb adapters. About 1/2 way down the screen it reads "Standard bulb bases with a plug-in 2-wire pigtail 12"- 18 gauge wires. " get the 194 bulb bases. I have 2 extra if anyone needs them.
http://autolumination.com/connectors.htm

And the color match paint I got from the link below, I have always had quality rattle cans from them, good match.

I used 1/8 inch pin stripping from the auto parts store to mask off the non painted part of the lens. I used the DIY link below that is what got me started on this mod. I can help out as little or as much as needed guys I really like the results way more than stock.

Oh yeah I also still have almost a full can of the adhesion promoter for plastic from Automotive touch up so if someone needs some let me know.

to give you a heads up,

there will be a few, if not more, 1000HP+ cars showing up to snapkas this friday. One was built by underground racing (Audi R8), cant confirm the rest, possibly a TT'ed black on black ford GT.
