That is only with the mods in my sig below. Stock heads, stock intake manifold.
I'll upload an idle video.

The only way to not get a CEL with LTs is to go with Kooks and their Green Cats, but the cats cost $1000 so it isn't worth it. Talk to Matt@FSP and have him hook you up with the ARH LTs and a tune. If you want to save some money you can go without the cats; the smell isn't that bad.
Fortunately, in Florida, I don't have to have any inspections of any sort so that is not my concern. I just don't want to drive around with a CEL on and end up missing an actual legitimate issue. I initially was afraid of getting a tune for warranty purposes but I thoroughly read Chases "Will this void my warranty" threads and determined that even with a tune they have to show the tune caused the damage requiring work to be done. It's just my duty to know my rights and not be pushed around.

I will ask though, can they do a tune that only makes the CEL go away due to the LTs and not mess with any timing/fuel settings? And if so, would a dealer shop be able to see that the only thing turned off was the CEL from the LTs? My thought is that if so, then that would be evidence enough that any potential powertrain damage was not caused by a simple exhaust mod and turning off of a CEL.

No, the ECM has a flash counter on it so if it reads anything other than "1" it is basically voided. As long as your tuner isn't a dumbass the tune won't cause any issues with the car. If you're in Florida buy the LTs and take a drive over to FSP and have Matt do a dyno tune for you; he knows what he's doing.

My car moves forward as soon as I get on the gas passed 2200 rpm but I will do the burnout a bit better and then launch it at that rpm again see what happens.

You are correct though, the dealer can't just "void" the warranty they have to prove that what you did caused the issue, so if you tune it and then your starter fails or the oil pump fails they still have to fix it under warranty.

GroceryGetter wrote somewhere about "flashing" the converter at the staging line somewhere that I read a while back. Sounds like what you might need to do bro. Maybe he will pop in tonight and explain it again.
