My car moves forward as soon as I get on the gas passed 2200 rpm but I will do the burnout a bit better and then launch it at that rpm again see what happens.

You are correct though, the dealer can't just "void" the warranty they have to prove that what you did caused the issue, so if you tune it and then your starter fails or the oil pump fails they still have to fix it under warranty.
