I'm still trying to make up my mind up if I like the middle SS badge on these new camaros. I haven't seen one in person. Where did you get it? Was it a simple bolt on mod? One thing though, I would lose the original red set. IMO the grill doesn't need two sets of badges.

VERY nice pictures guys. I need to take some new ones of my car since I recently debadged it. I agree with the guy above me, if you put the center SS badge on you should remove the original (smaller) one.

I was already planning on it. I just haven't yet.
I thought about seeing if I can order the RS red badges that is put on the V6's and replace the SS with one of those. Then it would make sense.

This is what I ordered: http://www.afterthoughtsauto.com/cam...le-insert.html

Basically you can remove the bowtie and place the molding insert in its place (It's best to put the SS on the molding insert before this step).

It wasn't bolt on...more like press-on The molding insert installs the same way the bowtie is.

Why don't you take your new SS's and paint them RED?

SS on Grill

Thanks for the link! So if I want the bowtie replaced with "SS" I need to order both parts for a total of roughly $70?

Thanks

I wish we could get the "SS" reflectorized lik the way the "GMC" is on GMC truck grills!
