I'm guessing a couple years before you need a touch up, and at six bucks to do all the emblems and still have a half a can left over its worth giving it a try. If you get tired of it, just peel it off. My husband did the body side molding on my new Subaru Crosstrek as soon as I pulled into the driveway. It changed the look instantly, way better, it just had too much white and needed something to break it up. Took like an hour.
