I need your opinions!
So I need opinions. Should I replace my damaged front fascia with a stock bumper cover, or upgrade. I can't decide. I like the ZL1 front end, and I've seen a few others I like. I don't want to change to an SS front end, because I am not trying to be a clone. I just want a nice looking one.

I'd get something new... If you've got the insurance $ to pay for a new one might as well if you ask me... Every time I've replaced my front bumper due to some idiot hitting me twice now on my current car.

Either stay stock or go aftermarket. Why "TRY" and make it look like something that it's not.
I hit a deer a few weeks back in my 2010 SS and had to replace the front bumper. Several peeps said go ZL1..... Fxxk that! It's NOT a ZL1, so why even try?!!! your car is a 6 cyl..... why would you try and make it look like a force fed V-8 when it can't perform like one??? The ZL1's are getting a bad enough rap as it is, ya know. Just my humble opinion, of course. |

If you like the way the ZL1 front fascia looks best, thats the bumper to get. No need to settle for something else. (btw, putting my zl1 front end on tomorrow) |

I don't think that people are trying to make others think they have a ZL1....it's just a better looking fascia. My friend has a 63O RWHP SS and he went with the ZL1 fascia just because he liked the looks of it.... Personal preference.

OP, if you want it, get it. If you're not sporting ZL1 badges, you're not posing. And there are SO many more important things in this world for people to hate on...

I say go ZL1 or SS. The V6 fascia got no love from GM and is not intimidating in the slightest. I did the swap from the V6 to SS bumper and I love it. Looks so much meaner to me.
