Mothers VLR on Matte Black Stripes

Has anyone used Mothers VLR on matte black stripes? I'm planning on waxing my car tomorrow and would like to take the opportunity to do a little upkeep on the stripes. From what I can tell, Adams Super VRT seems to be the recommended thing to use, and this VLR (vinyl, leather, rubber) seems to be up the same alley. So does anyone have any experience with this? If not I'll probably just try it on one of the small stripes on the spoiler to see how it turns out.

I used TW Ice synthetic polish spray on mine when I had matte black on my silver LT. I also experimented with different stuff and found that sealants work better on them. a wax with carnuba seemed to stain them a bit. I would apply a sealant like Klasse SG or similar when I did my full detail in the spring then used the Ice over it every couple weeks to keep it shedding water and maintaining a nice dark appearance. imagine you could use the VLR as a topper after a base of sealant if you wanted
