Talk to me about new heads and intake manifold.

I just got my car back from getting cammed, and already looking for the next mod. I have some Weld RTS 18X10.5 and some Mickey's on order and almost done piecing together my nitrous kit, but I'd love to be around 520-530rwhp on motor. I'm currently at 498rwhp with cam, headers, and cai.

Is it worth it to get new heads and intake manifold? From what I've read on previous posts it seems like it's not worth it for the money. If you disagree tell me what heads are the best, how much horsepower you gained, and what was the cost. Secondly what about a new intake manifold? I'd really like to get a centri blower, but I don't want to spend that much at one time. Looking for some ideas.

thanks.

i would put the money towards gears, axkes, driveshaft and suspension parts. if $3-4k is worth 20-30 more hp to you then by all means go ahead. i think you can find better use for the money. after mine was cammed and the bolt ons, i broke the rear axle on street tires

Gears we don't need. Axels should definitely be upgraded since even at a stock level CV joints have been blown out. Do some trailing arms and toe rods to help reduce wheel hop.
