Pick up any auto magazine about 60's cars and they are always doing articles on rare cars. Yes, a car ordered in the day with unusual or little ordered configuration does end up rare. And a 1SS will someday be more rare than the 2SS. Does it mean they will have more value. Hard to say. Many of us won't be around to find out. With over 80,000 already produced might be tough. Although, they made millions of Mustangs, some are considered very rare.

I orderd a 1SS last night. Alot of things I didn't need or want on the 2SS plus the extra cost. I am strictly going for the looks of the car and the V8 horse power right out of the box.
