Cost to install stripes?

I just purchased a set of IOM rally stripes for 200 new in box and was wondering what is a decent price to have them installed at my dealer? Thanks in advance.

Most dealers don't install graphics. I had a local sign and graphic design shop install mine. I was charged 3.5 hours at $65 per hour, Canadian, to install Bumble Bee style stripes, side gills and the Bow Tie covers front and rear. The stripes are the most time though. I would say a solid 2 hours for Rally style. I would guess around $100 US to install them. My installer has done several vehicles, but I don't think they did much like this. My stripes turned out a little on the ruff side. I would say to search for someone who has lots of experience in sports car racing stripes.

Hmm. That's seems reasonable. I just hope I can find a place to do it.

2 shops said they would install the Rally Stripes for $200 labor plus parts (factory stripes cost ~ $300). Both shops, one was a Chevy dealer, screwed up the install - got wrinkles and folds on the rear part of the hood. Another shop wanted $350 labor if I supplied the stripe package. I did not want to take a chance of another screw up, so I declined to let them do the job.

Finally, I had the dealer paint them on. The price was reasonable but it took a week to do. And, I spent another 1.5 hours polishing out scratches the dealer left.
