will the factory XM play through any XM ready stereo or does it require a new module? I'm looking at the Metra kit with an AVIC-Z110BT. Is this a good choice? I'm stereo stupid so any advice is good advice.

Z1 is a great unit. XM will run through your aftermarket HU. Not sure if the current XM adapter for the OEM will marry up with the aftermarket but if not the part would not cost that much.

Sorry, all long week at work. I'm loving the car and the new system. So far no gripes here. Everything seems to be running fine, I've never had a system before, so all in all I'm loving every bit of it. I'm learning the system more and more everyday and I was worried as to how difficult it would be to learn how to use it, but it is user friendly. I got to get going alot to accomplish in a short week with work. Hope to see you all this weekend.
