2LT I was in had it. Its nice having both tilt and telescope features.

Numer 3 a 1LT has tilt and telescope. Release the lever and push/pull and up/down.

I think it's great that it does, my Saab has it and I get annoyed if a car doesn't have it.

There is a lever on the left side of the column that unlocks it. Slide in and out and lock it down where you want it with the lever.

and yeah, our vovlo XC90 had it, but we didnt figure that out for a while, we just pulled the lever and tilted it. then one day we some how accidentally pulled it, and it came out. so maybe thats why you didnt notice on the one you sat in. its in them alll

I don't know about the Mustang, but some Fords have adjustable pedals. Adjustable pedals, steering wheel and seat is the only way to get a perfect fit, just like in an aircraft. Wish the Camaro had the pedals, but the telescoping steering wheel is an immense help for us long-legged folk!

Standard in all models...it's actually a lot easier to adjust than the one in the Malibu.
