Believe it is 12' 2". I provided the specs to my contractor and he essentially built the garage to fit the lift. Went with a Liftmaster side motor garage door opener to free up overhead space for whatever I would be lifting as well. Little details like that made for a much better lift use experience.

Glad to be of service! Remember to get an exhaust fan installed too. It was a relatively inexpensive option thrown out there by my contractor at the end. Glad I opted to have it installed.
