I'm pretty sure it is the Petro-Canada that is along Highway 1 as you head west at the junction with Highway 22 that goes to Cochrane. Hard to miss.

Last year we met at the Petro-can at Bowfort road north west just off of Highway 1. But with the number of cars this year the one down by highway 22 might be a better choice as the parking lot was pretty full with the 7 cars last year. And we are up for a get together on Friday night and Layla the Keg sounds just about right, LOL.

Was looking at that as well and if there was a parking lot near there that would have more space, theres a McDonalds right there as well.

I could also as Davenport if we could once again meet at there shop? is that centrally located enough for everybody? As the do have ample parking

That mcdonalds is usually pretty busy no matter what time of day it is. There is COP across the highway, but im not sure what that would look like

Davenport is a good idea. Then just take Stoney west all the way to the highway. Might have to meet up a bit earlier though if we decide to do that.

We can certainly shift the time to 8am for us to meet at Davenport and then say leave by 8:30am. That should give us enough time to Canmore on time to meet up with the others that are meeting us there at approximately 10:15am.

Davenport is a great idea, as for those meeting us at Canmore I believe this year it will just be Wayne and Barb (wbdinger).

Well then I vote to move our meeting place for the Wildrose group from the Petro to Davenport. I am sure Steve at Davenport would have no issue with that!
