Stuck up here in Fort Mac with with the SS sleeping at home on vancouver island. Wish I had it here in Alberta I would come out with ya.

Last time when you were there, did they boot you for going too fast or do you have a bar installed?

I got a warning. I was hoping they might be more flexible.
I could maybe live with a bar but I can't live without a back seat. The kids would kill me.

just make sure your helmet is SNELL rated for MHDRA

Running sub 11.50 sec. at MHDRA without a 5 point bar is a crap shoot. If Frank (Tech director) is there on Friday night and notices he'll definatley warn you or ask you to leave. The liability is too great for the track and NHRA would not insure the track in the event that an incident occurred when track officials knowingly didn't enforce the NHRA safety requirements.

Ageed. This is where NHRA failed with their new rules for vehicles 2008 or newer. They left too much to be interpreted by the individual tracks.

Either way, I will continue the crap shoot at MHDRA because they typically have superior track prep and I have the possibility to run what I brung without a bar.
