No rear wheels as in they are missing, the car is on a lift in the shop. Or they were stolen and it's on blocks in the parking lot?????

No there's no rear wheels at all. Like a 2 wheeled car that I would have to wait a week for but they would give me a rental.

It's not like they're going to sell you the car as is.
 And if they're going to drop the price for you like that AND throw in the cost of a rental car until the wheels are there, that's a pretty damn good deal. Yeah, it's kinda dumb that they didn't inform you before you started heading that way that you will have to wait for two new wheels and tires to arrive, but you're going to get a vehicle with 4 wheels either way

If someone stole them off the car while it was in the lot, back sure there is no damage from them dropping it on the ground. People who steal tires aren't usually real careful with the car.
