Sorry about the ticket and like the other guy said. I don't know if 2 miles away is gonna help at all in court unfortunately. what does IBTL mean? and that Valentine One looks confusing to understand lol maybe it's because I've never used one

If your going to drive exactly the speed limit all the time than go buy a Prius and leave the camaro's to people who are not wearing a pocket protector.

I seldom go out without doing 5-10 over... Then again if you are to get a ticket, suck it up and deal with it.

Woops. Guess you should have gone a little slower to avoid that one. Better luck next time, must play to win!

I also don't understand why people feel the need to post that they got a speeding ticket. Who cares? I know, I know...if I don't care I shouldn't read the thread. Just saying it's not a very interesting topic, other than to see who throws the stones and who lives in the glass houses. Yawn...

I think you're trying to say it's a radio receiver.

same thing happened to me! I was going 67 and he put me at 77, I said" are you serious" and he said "sir do not talk to me like that" i was so mad!

As earlier stated, Escort 9500ci is great. And it does "Jam" the laser signal so NOTHING is sent back to the law enforcer until you get back down to the speed limit and hit the reset buttin allowing him/her to get a reading of you doing the speed limit.

But they could always write you up using their estimation skills if you were obviously far exceeding the limit.

I do at least 20 mph over the speed limit just backing out of the driveway!!

Right after I received my camaro in 2009 I got pulled over 4 times, and no tickets. Once was at a gas station while filling up and the officer pulled up beside me and said "been in any trouble in that thing yet?" and I said not yet with a smile and he smiled back and drove away. When the officers walked up to the car each time I got pulled over they asked "Do you know why I pulled you over?" and I would say my best guess I was probably speeding I always do 5 over to be honest and I would start to lean over to the glove box to get my reg and insurance and they would say no need and tell me to slow down and be more careful as they were leaning in the car looking around telling me they would have a hard time keeping their foot out of the floor too. I realized that since I had a new car that was flashy I had to be on my best behavior. My solution to my lead foot was buying a radar detector because I usually drive home at 11 at night with no traffic. Now I'm not telling anyone to speed but if your going to and the road is clear and you want to give her some gas be prepared for the consequences. That being said no matter what people say about Las Vegas Police they have always treated me more than fairly and if they catch me speeding...........well I was speeding and I deserve the ticket.

Tickets happen. This is far different than racing a camaro on the street. I tend to drive 5-10 mph over most of the time, and 15-20 many times when I'm out on country roads in the middle of nowhere. I have a radar detector.

The detector has helped me quite a few times, but I still have 3 tickets with my Camaro. Each of them was for 15mph over the limit. I would never say I didn't deserve them, and always treated the officers with respect.

As far as detectors go, two of the tickets I got I never even got a hit on the detector. The last time was an instant-on situation, and nothing I could have done. I even had my camera going on that one

Thats crazy I think ive seen your video before, and Yea its fairly easy to go over the speed limit when the car feels real slow at 60mph.
