My car has taken some odd abuse, first was a full car length keying. Then a hit and run, and now when I paid a gentlemen to shade my headlights he messed them up. He tried to use the night shads spray on stuff and turned out much too dark. After he tried to sand it off.... now its scoffed up $hit. Any ideas gentlemen? The lamps are listed around 750 a piece from GM for the HID's

Nope, sealed unit.

Have you tried small claims court & polishing?

E-bay there are take off's for 325-450. If its not to bad have the plastic lens buffed out.

let me know. ive fixed several sets of headlights and tailights from the usual nightshades damage. dunno what makes someone use that garbage when a bodyshop can do it correctly for a little more.

someone keyed your car?

I think some one here had a cracked cover, and he just got a halogen assy and switched the cover. But you will need to bake both headlights to get the cover off.

im almost 100% sure both covers are the same.
