Perhaps you can change your sig, it technally was not a lemon law, but a gm initiated trade... much different.

So you went to court and completed the "Lemon Law" filing or did GM step up and trade assist?

It's still lemon law. He went through the lemon law process and used the lemon law to get GM to do the trade in. It wasn't just a trade in or GM wouldn't have given him all his money back.

GM uses this tool to not do a lemon law, They will charge a usage, which they did and discount and trade assist. It may have been a bad vehicle, but no lemon law as that only applies to actual court cases. Give GM some credit for stepping up and not having to file a lemon law proceding, thats all I am saying.

It was a trade in under the lemon law. Florida requires a usage fee among other things it isn't required to go to court.
