After turning your engine off and removing the key from the ignition, open your door(s) and then press the manual "Lock" button below the radio which activates the "delayed lock" function. Exit the vehicle within 30 seconds, shut the door, and the door(s) locks within 5-10 seconds and the alarm is armed. (this should also work with the FOB but doesn't appear to do so with the Camaro as it can't be programmed through the radio but it did on my two Saturns).

Little known fact here: The Camaro (of all years) will get you to your destination on time, even when late!

The camaro is pretty plain and simple. There's not much that needs to be learned or remains to be learned about its features.

If you hold the traction control button down for about 5 sec and then floor it, a WHOLE bunch of white smoke comes out of the back end.

I don't know if this was mentioned before, but it seems like the manual EQ settings on the stereo can be set differently for each mode of listening. I found this out after listening to my MP3 player for a long time and manually setting my EQ to my preference, and then later wondering why my CDs sounded like crap when I finally put one in, lol! I assumed that the manual EQ settings would be the same for everything. It was then I realized that the CD settings were at default, while my MP3 settings were still where I set them. I grinned when I realized that both settings were saved independent of each other--whether I was listening to MP3 or CD!

i don't own an ipod, phone with blue tooth or know how to use most of the cool tech features, but when i step on the gas, i can snap my wife's neck back and make her grab the side of the seat. i try not to do it too much because i love my wife.
