Insurance in SD area

So in the last stages of getting my baby in the next few months, one problem I ran into was the insurance. The lowest I found was 1800 a year from mercury... unfortunately our favorite spot was 2k

any chance anyones found any better policies without going through a garage or some small shop that will go under.

Call AIS insurance, they usually beat the other major ones. If military, try Usaa.

If you tell ais that Boston Rob from rock 105.3 told you about them, they give another discount.

OMG I have Mercury and mine is less than $600.00 a year, but of course my advanced age helps, and it being a week-end car helps (low mileage).

I got quoted $370 for 6 months by GM's insurance. I'm getting ready to cancel Farmers which is about $660 per 6 months. The 660 was when I had 1 speeding ticket and the 370 is with no tickets and less than 12k driven a year. Cars 7 months old and I just hit 5k miles so no problem there.
