Just how noticeable is one? and if you dont like it is it hard to take off and replace...What about 2 years from now does the paint come off with it?

Its not noticable at all, not difficult to take off (although I dont know why you would), and will not pull the paint off later on. This product has been around for 15+ years. if it was not a good product or pulled paint then all of the Lambo/Ferrari/Porsche owners would not be using it religously.
