Great write up... I can totally relate to falling hard for the new Camaro. I can honestly say I have never wanted a car so badly.

Thanks for the review. This sentence made me smile as I had exactly that discussion, plus FE3, with the Camaro team during Enthusiast Summit II.

I will also say that I really like the Brembo brakes that are standard on the SS, so much so that if I could, I would make them a stand-alone option on the LT. The brake pedal feel is firmer, and the stopping power is noticeably better. But that’s what you’re paying for.

Thanks a million for your effort and honesty. It's really, really refreshing to get valid data, information and forthrightness. Nice to know that you love your job and jump into it with both feet.

I'm just sitting here patiently waiting for the V6 constraint to be lifted so my order can start through the system. I'm still hoping for delivery by Memorial Day~!

Best to all....

Great review #3. Thanks for all your time and efforts through the past 6 months. I loved the review, and can't wait for the car to be produced and delivered.

BTW, great write up. I believe your assessment to be about as real as it comes.

Oh, one more thing -- who can I contact at GM to BEG them to make the LS-7 Camaro wheels available through GM parts? My wife LOVES those wheels and tires. I really like them too, but she is nuts over them.

Thanks again Number 3.
If I read his write-up correctly, he's an engineer on the Corvette team, not the Camaro.

Liberty this "honest review" is an in depth first hand account of DAILY DRIVING of the Camaro by a CTF who was nice enough to type up 4 pages to give us here an idea of what it is like to drive the the V6 & V8 camaro day to dayrather than opinions, reviews, & balls-to-the-wall testing from magazines.....everyone else just said THANK YOU

& it has been discussed IN DEPTH why they do not offer HD (XM) or NAV (OnStar/more $ in performance and lower cost to consumer)

Do you want a 304 HP sports car starting at $23,000 or do you want a Camaro costing you over $50k?

Your choice.

This isn't against anyone but I think no matter what they put in it or didn't put in it there is always going to be someone second guessing GM. If they put every possible thing they could in it someone would want something different. I just can't wait til they actually get here. If you want something different well thats what aftermarket stuff is for.

Can't wait to get my VR 2SS/RS w/shorty headers, perf intake, perf cat-back, sunroof (Yes, I said it) and white rally stripe package! I fear that when that day comes, I sit behind the wheel and turn that key, I may just shed a tear... So again, for the review!
