Excessive soot from exhaust.

Hey guys wondering if you guys have excessive soot on the back of your cars? I have 1200 miles and npp exhaust with the fuse pulled. My car is white and after just two days there is what seem to me to be an excessive amout of soot on the back of my car and my car is white to make it even worse.

Most likely just road grime. Looks much worse on a white car.

Not road grime. Its black soot. Its even built up on the exhaust tips one more than the other due to the quad tips.

Noticed it was excessively bad yesterday becuase I drove it 25 miles down a canyon to my destination both ways and actually running through the gears.
Even gave her a little rap on the pedal to let my buddy who used to be a tech at chevy hear it and he laughed its a chevy when its brand new blowing black crap out the exhaust. I feel a brand new car should not be doing this.

Ok man, you're right, sorry you asked.

Because carbons from all vehicles on the road don't roll up under the car and end up on the ass of the car or anything.

I hope soot doesn't void the warranty.

Go wipe any white car after a drive and you will see this.

That on the side is from the brakes. You can switch to a different pad that doesnt dust so bad.

Looks like grime to me. But if you have black smoke coming out your exhaust you should get it checked out.

Grime=normal
Black smoke out the exhaust = not normal
