It still the same insall as the last HUD, Dash has to come out of the car for the install.

How about just changing out the drivers information center

What is the part# for the color HUD? this assuming the rest of the parts are the same from the old HUD

you had to remove the entire dash to add the HUD. Do you think you need to change the windshield as well ??

Yea.. We need to remove the dash out. To get the best experience you may need to change windshield, but its personal preference and not a must. You can still see the projection on your stock windshield but for smaller text you can see doubling of letters kinda shadow behind letters. I personally wont be changing my windshield, because it has already costed me a lot and a new windshield will be too expensive.

Yes. The Actual HUD unit is under the dash. So you still need to remove dash. Only step you can skip is cutting the dash.
