chances u will see another IBM are low, only about 3-5 % off all camaros are orderd IBM. wich is a good thing for me. i know my dealer has yet to see one. he is anxious to see how dark mine is.

Ordered on May 28th and FINALLY picked it up on Saturday...Drove it all day long and 36hrs later I have 580 miles on the car. It is a 2SS RS IBM M6! Drove it back down to school and averaged 23.33 mpg on the freeway cruising 75mph.

-I WOULD LIKE TO THANK all those on this forum and particularly this thread for influencing my decision to get IBM (I originally ordered Black with Inferno Orange interior)!!! THIS COLOR IS AMAZING!!! I have had nothing but compliments on the color combination. For those that are still torn between colors, I will honestly tell you between all the colors I've seen (all except white) it is the most beautiful color they offer.

-I am soooo in love with this car I feel bad sitting here at the computer writing this and not looking at it

i have seen two IBM's in my town. One had white rally's and the other had white hockey stripes and the unpainted ground effects. the rally's looked awesome on this color, but for some reason, the white hockey stripes do not work for me on this color. I loved the unpainted look of the ground effects and decided that is definately the route I am going when I order.

I am about a year and a half away from ordering. I am going with a 2ss manual IBM. I am planning on painting CGM stripes bumbleebee style and i am considering putting a thin victory red stripe down the center in between the stripes. I am still looking for the right design of that center stripe. I am thinking about incorporating the red because I want a VR painted engine cover for some cool contrast when the hood is popped. The other thing I am debating is going with the beige interior or black. I dont like the way grey wears over time but I love the two tone of the beige.

(I dont know about lining the rally's with the red, but something in between the stripes is what I have in mind).

so, whats your feed back on...

1. the red accent mixed in with the IBM with CGM stripes

2. That combo with the Beige interior with the above combo (would it clash to much or not look natural?)

My car arrived at the dealer last night, after completing assembly on Saturday the 12th. I guess there is some advantage to living 20 minutes from the plant!!!

I will take more once I take delivery, but I thought I would post some pictures from my iphone.
