Love mine. It was picking up radar almost too far away on the highway. LOL It was pulling X, K, Ka 2-4 miles away.

I have the Passport 9500ix and the blend mount. Love it. Looks great. Easy to install. Get the mirror tap kit. Makes a nice clean look. After awhile you won't even notice it hanging from your mirror, until you get a KA alert.

I don't know if it affects the price, but the package includes the "mirror tap power cord" (can't be removed). It was my understanding that you can't tap the mirror on the 2013 models (at least not and have the unit power off with the car). Or has something changed?

I have a 2014 1LE and was told I can no longer tap into the mirror. Is this correct? What is needed or how do I connect my Escort 9500?
