Pedders Coilovers

I am about to purchase a set of Pedders Xa coilovers. Does anyone know of a good shop in the South Florida area that I can have install them. I would prefer to do it myself. As I am pretty sure I'm capable. But I've never done this type of work before, and the spring thing feaks me out a little.

Here is a link to the pedders dealers in FL
http://www.peddersusa.com/dealer-finder/40

I just had my new remote resevior coilovers installed and LOVE THEM! I have also heard many of the same good things about the XA's. I think you will be very happy with your Pedders coilovers.

If you decide to install them yourself, and have questions you can call me or the Pedders dealer that you purchase them through.

and yes, the remote reservoir coilovers are bad ass!

Fishdaddy, number 1 thing is, don't let anyone use an impact wrench on the coilovers. (upper nut)

yeah otherwise its a pretty straightforward remove/replace.

also unbolt the anti-sway bars to make it easier. last time i installed coilovers i forgot about that and the difference in ride hieght was maxing out the swaybar to the point i had trouble getting the second side off!

just use your head, take your time, be safe, and it should be a piece of cake.

congrats on the coilovers! pedders Xa's are first on my list of mods when i get my camaro!

It is very easy to do the hardest part was jacking up the car. Don't worry about the factory springs they came off pretty easy. Adjusting might take a while but with good measurements you will be ok.

I have never driven anything as good as our new Supercar coilovers. The control is off the charts. You would expect that. The ride is nothing short of amazing. They are expensive, but they are worth every penny.
