I said under 8 but come on guys under the ZL1, get real the supercharger would have the ZL1 walking away on the back straight.

Agreed.... under 8 is doable IMO. The 2010 ran 8:20 with notorious understeer.

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=270747 That is a link to the math just so you know. I also know this car has no problem doing runs up to 160+ on the street so it would not have any problems on the ring. |

According to my very crude algebra skills. lol It should run in the 7:56 range. lol Like I said very crude skills, so I may be way off.
But I based my math off of all three VIR times and the two ring times. So the SS was 3:09 @ VIR and 8:20 @the ring and the ZL1 was 2:57 @ VIR and 7:41 @the ring and the 1LE was 3:01 @ VIR and (should be 7:56ish)@the ring

SS 3:09@vir is 37.8% of its ring time of 8:20
ZL1 2:57@vir is 38.3% of its ring time of 7:41 1LE 3:01 @vir is roughly 38% of its ring time? It might be kind of a jump but I feel like its probably a close rough est.

Let's remember the 3:01 @ VIR time was admittedly on WORN tires and a wobble in one corner.....I think 7:56 is a pretty good mathematical "guess" and would be EPIC for a $37K car that weighs 3900lbs!
