I really hope people don't take stuff just to take it. I would really hate to find out that someone got something from here then turned around and sale it.

Unfortunately there is no way to prevent that. With that said, people on Camaro5 are some of the nicest/honest people I've come across when it comes to forums. I would expect to see very little to none of that. If I (we) do catch someone taking and reselling, I would have no problem calling them out.

+1. But as we all know there is always going to be the people that take things for granted and abuse peoples generosity.

I love to help people out as much as I can. I really like saving people money and passing my stuff on if someone needs it. I will only take if I need it.

Anyways guys just a suggestion for you guys who are giving stuff out, maybe you guys should choose who you want to pay it forward to. Seems some people are jus coming in this thread to snatch a good deal and then leave.

You guys are doing a great thing by this and I plan to put some parts out as well but I'll be choosing who I give it to

exactly. there is nothing wrong with people helping people out. you just dont see that anymore. this site really does have a bunch of great people. this thread definitely shows that

I think most of us are selective on who we give to. I can tell you I passed on the 1st guy who PM'd me about my floor mats as he had 2 post and his PM to me was "give me them, here is my address". Really, I don't think so!! I have gifted a few things so far, makes me fell good to help other people but please don't come at me rudely like I OWE you something!!

BTW, I still have the following:
V6 stock mufflers, local pickup only
V6 Oil plug
Passsnger side mirror (glass and holder), not the housing
A club (allthough still looking for the keys)
45th Annivesary shirt, but you have to look though this thread on how to get this as I am not just giving this to anyone
