See if someone local on the board can go look at it for you and report back to you, there are some folks on here including myself that know what to look for. I would think you should be ok though, best of luck!

DO IT!

Your only concern should be if you don't have a radar detector then how fast you can get your hands on one for the ride home. But in all seriousness you'll be fine and welcome to the ZL1 club.

Check the paint closely... Its a 2013 it could have been on the lot outside over a year and the finish could be damaged. I know about this first hand.

Not for anything but how bad could the car have been abused with only 75 miles on it? It's not like they did 75 miles worth of burnouts and donuts? Buy it and enjoy it!

I drove 860 miles round trip in '12 to get mine and no regrets here. Mine had only 9 miles when I saw it for the first time.

You shouldn't be concerned about abuse in 73 miles in my opinion. Those miles rack up pretty fast on a test drive. It would have to be a very skilled driver to just jump in and drive the ZL1 to it's limit the first time. Doubt it ever came out of tour mode.

I travelled almost 1000 miles one way to Austin, TX to get mine. Flew in and drove it home. Double check any and all LPO option stuff is there in the trunk. Mine sat in the showroom a bit over 6 months before I got to it last August. It had 53 miles on it. I checked it over carefully and if it didn't pass muster, I'd have gone back to the airport and bought a plane ticket home. Only thing I found was the LPO cargo net wasn't in the trunk. They got me a new one without issue (probably from another Camaro), but that's just something to be aware of. 1690 miles on it now, so the 53 to start wasn't an issue for me. After all, I was going to put nearly 1000 more on the drive home.

The real answer is...it depends on how particular you are.
Also, if you are shopping price or condition.
The chances are excellent that every driver romped on it.
If it sat in the showroom, it probably has many scratches.
If those things bother you, then pass.

I only drove 125 miles to get my ZL1, but it's a new car, so you should be okay. There was an undisclosed ding on my car, but we got it worked out. Try not to stress!! =)

As long as there's no red flags like they are asking $35k, too low a price, or something. You get there, you drive it, you don't like it, you walk.

When these were hard to find I bought one that was half way across the country from a dealer ship in chicago, they took a picture of the cars mileage for me, I flew 1,800 miles in to pick it up, got in it and drove the 1,800 miles back home with a big smile on my face the whole way back. Most fun I ever had, with my clothes on.
