Factory Stripes paint or Vinyl

Hey guys,

This is a easy question but are the stripes actually paint or just a sticker (cant think of what its actually called). Hoping its actually paint so it doesnt wear off after a few years. Thanks

Vinyl, but I don't think you'll have problems with them, they seem pretty durable

Vinyl. Go with paint instead, you won't be sorry!

Vinyl.. easier to put on, but does not last as long as paint, but if you get tired of the design it is easier to change than paint, you can always have them painted on later, Cheaper than paint.

Paint.... More durable, larger selection of colors, You can design your own to be whatever style you want, Permanent, you better like what you get for a LONG TIME, more expensive than vinyl.

You just need to make up your mind what you would like...

I have the factory vinyl stripes, not crazy about the color was going to take them off. Do you think I could tape and paint over the vinyl myself? Or is that just stupid?

never paint over the Vinyl. it won't stick... remove them then paint is your best bet.. I am not sure if that was what you were saying because one point you said you were going to take them off then you say paint over them...
