Anyone know if the ecoboost has any aftermarket downpipes yet?

I feel like that will be the next pretty big boost in power next to the tune- kind of makes me want a SHO...

It should make it fly considering just a down pipe and tune is good for +90whp on a F-150.

I do know that the Charger's AWD system particularly the transfer case cant handle the abuse of drag racing with increased power. They tend to fail in the mid 12's so that makes supercharging an AWD RT a risky endeavor.

I haven't heard great things in ecoboost communities about that fastlane dp and tune- but we will see

Notice they say its a plug in module... The ECU in the F150 is encrypted to no simple tune. The EcoBoost in the F150 is also slightly different...

That being said here's my dyno sheet from my Flex showing stock tune vs a tune from Livernois:

Needless to say night and day difference...

The turbos must be tiny, they really run out of steam up top.

SHO, because engine is most likely built for FI. With just a turbo-back exhaust and tune you get around a 25% increase on many turbo engines, that's a pretty huge gain, compared to something like 5% for NA with a standard "exhaust n intake" setup. Put bigger turbos and intercoolers (as long as the injectors and pump can handle it) on there and you can be screaming, just make sure the rest of the car can take it, but you can often do the more moderate upgrades on these cars without much worry.

That will work fine in the flat lands but not up in the mountains with steep grades. Heck you wont even make it past a chain inspection out here with that setup.

The only thing close to being considered a 'mountain' that I know of here in Ontario (which is also where the OP lives) is the Niagara Escarpment. And at about 200 feet high, with no 'steep' roads on it that I know of ... I don't think there will be any problems.
