I asked the builder the psi and dyno type. I am away at school and my girlfriend picked the car up for me so when I hear back from Blackdog I'll let you all know. Here are the cam specs
Comp LS3 Custom 227/239 .614/.624 115+3

If you only went from 455 to a hair over 500 by adding a turbo kit... I'd have to tell you to look for a boost leak, or reason its not building boost. You need to verify what your boost level was on the dyno run. Still curious if the yank is single or triple disc.

Did you find out what the peak boost was?
As Nickey Tuner mentioned, a single disk converter won't handle a WOT lockup, and will have excessive slippage.
What mufflers are you running? If they are a chambered muffler, then you should replace them.
That cam is very good for a supercharger, but isn't ideal for your turbo combo.

"The car is pushing 5.5 psi. We have a Dyno Dynamics dyno."

5.5psi is pretty low. I'm curious about the mufflers and which Yank converter you're running.

I asked my builder what yank I have, speed inc purchased and did the install so when I know I'll let you know. It was 760$ if that helps at all. Yeah, I was hoping to push 9 or 10 psi. As for mufflers I have the SLP loudmouth 2

2 things. The converter can't handle WOY lockup and the boost is too low. Way too low for that cam.

@nickey should I change it? I talked to Tony at Speed Inc since he did my ls3 conversion and cam and I think I'm going to change my injectors/get an electronic boost gauge and retune this winter, shooting for 700hp

yes, you want the multi_disc converterr, a converter for boost is built differently than an NA converter. Slowhawk is right also, you need to up the boost or your wasting your time.

not too sure youll hit 700 hp with that turbo, maybe with the upgraded turbo and wastegates. backpressure from the downpipe holds you back on this kit and keeps you from boosting too high (what my tuner has said).
