For things as basic as spring rates, though, I really prefer to know what specs my parts have, proprietary or not. I'm trying to decide if that would be a deal breaker for me. I guess I can understand where you're coming from from a business perspective, it's just not my thing to have useful specs hidden from me. I haven't written them off completely, however. From everything I know and have heard about you guys related to the suspension department, it's top quality stuff. I'll try to remember to PM you with some questions tomorrow, I'm late for bed already.

Anthony, whats the advantage with the adjustable shock valving over just having adjustable ride height?

Many people want a better way of adjusting the ride height without using new springs.
As for the adjustments, this allows you to control the ride (ie: soft or stiff / street or track). So it boils down to why you are buying them. |

When we work on adjustments on the shocks on the race cars, this is a small adjustment to bring the car around, depending on the track but it is one of the very last things done to the car. Bigger changes like springs, sway bars, setup....that is what makes the big changes to the cars track to track. Now if we were building shocks for a late model dirt car, or a Sprint cars because of their radical changes in track surface they need a huge jump in soft to hard settings on the shock just due to available traction. This isn't to say an adjustable shock is pointless on a street car, we will have adjustable ones on the way, but what I am saying is do not get so hung up on having 2 way, 3 way, 4 way, 13 way adjustable shocks with bleed downs....you could possibly get yourself outside of what the car needs. |

alright so im a total noobie when it comes to suspensions.. ive been wanting to lower my car for a while now.. but my bumper is already pretty low to the ground..(rideskinz) now what will be benefits of me getting this?
also when you said adjust the ride height does that mean i can pick how long it does like from .5" to 1"? |

There are a number of benefits over the stock, like a better more performance setup in the shock itself, a better set of springs and spring rates to better focus on the performance and handling side of things more so than just ride comfort. |
