The 17" tires are pretty cheap. About 260.00. The wheels were on the spendy side!!

Not a ZL1 but my 60' are better on 18" DR over the slicks. On 18" DR flat 1.50 60' and on 17" with slicks 1.53 60'

I have a stock converter. I have done a few high 1.40s on 17's. Usually mid 1.50s

What tire and wheel are you using? How much air pressure? What rpm are you launching at? I am 711 rwhp and having a time trying to get mine to launch decent to say the least. I really need to know this so I can improve my times. Thanks

Stock converter likes to leave at an idle.I usually run 17" slicks and skinnies. 18s work good too if there is real track prep. I use as much air pressure as traction will allow. Start at 18 and go higher if I have traction.
