High 13's to possible mid 13's from a ~$24,000 stock car? That's honestly a great achievement. I told a friend of mine (who owns a tC and recently done the basic 3 mods and completely hates anything Mustang) about the new Mustang V6s, and he was literally pissed that they're going to outrun him lol.

Give me some info on your Camaro to make sure you are getting a fair comparison. LS, LT1 LT2 (leather etc), RS package? That seems awfully high for the Mustang, sounds like it was not really a fair comparison as it sounds like you have a 1lt with cloth and compared to a premium V6 with SYNC, leather, etc.

Personal preferences aside (you can't account for everyone, so it doesn't matter)
Base Mustang V6 (2011): 22,145 Base Camaro V6 (2010): 22,680 Base Mustang V8 (2011): 29,645 Base Camaro V8 (2010): 30,945 Pretty close. |
