i just found this out. maybe its been stated already but here it is. i decided to be a spy and google some challenger forums. well i found one and i found out you can now build the challenger. the guy with the prosche 930 made me think and look and here it is. build your own challenger to see how it stacks up with the CAMARO. sry if im late

edit: maybe i acted too fast and titled it wrong. how bout, "The Challenger is here" i still dont like it and there is almost no options. and only three colors.

The Challenger doesn't look all that bad. I just wouldn't buy it.
I guess its just too bulky

The base V8 (the new 5.7 hemi) is a tad expensive(low 30's to start). That coupled with the fact that its a parts bin interior, and the lack of aftermarket (thank chrysler for that and not releaseing thier code). I'd rather have a camaro or mustang.

I like the Challenger, heavy or not... and I do believe that the six speed with the 3.92 gears will be a pretty quick car... and I do plan on at least driving one... competition is good... so I hope that the Challenger and Mustang both do well... because their success makes for a better Camaro

challenger is a 5spd automatic only

yep yep. I also just joined their forum so i'm learnin more about it. But now i'm a member of a few Mustang forums, this one, and a Challenger forum.
the sad thing is that i've been visiting this site more than the mustang one that i used to be on for hours/per day lol

They will have a 6M by next year. Challenger: too big, too heavy, too cheaply made, too expensive, but looks pretty nice outside.

the srt8 would be the only one i would possibly be interested in, which im not really, and it only comes in automatic. and there are only 2 option to pick from: sunroof and navigation.
kinda lame.
